Hi!

Time's running and this weekend I've joined Mikael, Fredrik and Sofia, the producers for my release. We spent two days in the studio doing the vocals and some guitar.
Many thanks to Sofia, Fredrik and Mikael for the wonderful songs you have written for me,
it's a pleasure to sing them.

This week it's time for mixing, I'm so exited to hear the results in a couple of days.

Love and peace!

A "sick" week but good vibrations

10:17 pm, Friday 16th of October, 2009

Hi Everyone!

This week has been a challenge, I've been sick for real. Fever, a sore throat and a cold that don't want to leave me. On top of that two gigs when I had the worst period, wednesday and thursday but the gigs went pretty good from what I heard and my musicians and my audience supported me a lot.

Thank You!!

At Smedjan in Skara we had a wonderful night with a nice fireplace in the middle of the room and the atmosphere was very cosy. Thank you everyone who listened and special thanks to Alex who fixed it all!

In Skövde there was an opening ceremony for a new building at the University. We had two hours to play my own music and we also played some covers. We wanna thank DaFreak for a good sound-engineering and support.

Andy our wonderful webmaster are working on a function that will make it possible for you to upload your photos from the concerts you have visited. So please save your photos or send them to us through email if you wanna share them! You can also share them with us on facebook.

Peace and Love

How to get healthy in a fast way??

7:44 pm, Monday 12th of October, 2009

Hi Guys!

It is Monday and I just got sick, very bad timing. This morning when I woke up I couldn't hardly speak. I hope my voice gets better until Wednesday when we are going to play at "Smedjan" the student Pub in Skara.
  • Anyone who knows a good way to get healthy in a fast way??

Last Saturday I was in Odensberg, I want to thank you folks in Odensberg for inviting me to your church. The atmosphere in the church and among the youths were very warm.
I really appreciate when you guys come and talk to me afterwards. Don't hesitate to write me a comment about the concert if you were there.

I also want to encourage you all to leave a comment or send me an e-mail what you think about my site,
  • Is there's something missing
  • Is there something not working as it's supposed to.
  • Please give me proposal on things that can get changed.
Feel free to write in English or Swedish.

All the best

Openingact.se - a good way to get a gig?

9:10 pm, Monday 5th of October, 2009

Hi Guys!

Two days ago I joined the site openingact.se that arranges competitions for bands/artists where they can win a gig as opening act for a big artist. I actually heard about it a while ago but didn't pay it that much attention cause I didn't really like the concept of getting your a crowd of your fans to SMS vote with a smaller cost to help you get a gig.

I thought about the concept and I might have changed my opinion. It can be a good way to get my/your music introduced to a new crowd that like similar music to my/your music. Then I read the terms it says that if you win the competition and your music in genre doesn't fit to be opening act for the specific artist, they will give you another gig in same range. Sounds good for me.

So what is your view in this topic?
Is it right to ask my fans to pay a smaller cost to get me on stage?

I thought that if I like something or someone, I'm actually happy to support him/her/it in the way I'm capable to do it, that made me take the decision to sign up.

Milow, the Belgian guy that recently made a cover of Ayo Technology by 50 Cent and Justin Timberlake, is coming to Brewhouse in Gothenburg for a concert. I am in the competition to be opening act for him. So if you wanna help me to get the gig

send a SMS with OAM2 ANNI1 to 72500 it cost you 6SEK.

Thank You, and don't forget to give me your view of the concept of openingact.se!

With Love

You never get fully trained in music

8:21 pm, Sunday 4th of October, 2009
Hi everyone!

This week has been really busy, in the beginning of the week I was doing some acoustic demo recordings of some of my new songs. The recordings are used to apply for a scholarship to be able to record and release my first album. All the songs are written, the missing part right now is money..=(

Yesterday I was In Alingsås playing at Hjälmared College. I want to thank everyone I talked to afterwards, you guys really encourage me to keep on working with my music, thank you for all kind words, that means a lot. I decided to write down these wonderful words so I will remember them every time I feel low and struggle with my music.

After the show last night I was going home to Gothenburg I had the opportunity to meet a man that really inspired me. We started talking and after a while it showed that this man was a pretty famous music director and a composer. He had worked In Venice as a music director were he had set up many classical masterpieces. Today he is 82 and he seemed very pleased with his life and what he had achieved from it. He told me that there are always something new you can learn in music, "you never get fully trained in music, thats why you always need to be humble". I wish that every great musician where thinking like him.

He also told me about the celebrities he had worked with, many of them were so nervous that he didn't know how they were able to get on stage. Their knees were trembling and they were sweating and were in a mess. Good for me I thought, I'm not alone to feel this way =). I'm very glad I had the opportunity to meet him and he really encouraged me.

Now I've been for rehearsal with two of my boys. We were all really tired and almost every song started to slow, lucky I get nervous so speed them up on the gig =)

Love and peace

/ Annielle

This blog will be my communicationtool to you my friends who like or dislike my music and have landed on this page for one or another reason.
I've uploaded four songs from my old recording for you to listen to when you surf around at my site and there's also youtube live videos.

Soon it will be possible for you to upload your photos from my concerts you've been on or if you've taken a picture of me somewhere else = )

At last I would like to ask of your opinion about my website? Please let me know all of your thoughts about this page. Are there somethings missing or something I should put away?

Hope you all enjoy my new website.
